Sophie a Maltese mix. I do not understand why a dog as sweet as Sophie came into my care. Why she was shuffled from home to home and finally ended up at the shelter. Why she was so matted that her eyes were nearly shut from this. She is the perfect little girl. She adores people and is now starting to try and play with the other residents. Sophie has masses along both mammary chains and will be having surgery in two phases to have them removed which will include a spay and dental. Once we find out her diagnosis, we will update.
