Meet Lucky-Lou. First he had a raging UTI that we are taking care of and once that is cleared hehad surgery for an undescended testicle that can become cancerous and/or twisted causing problems. Lou-Lou has a spinal deformity where it had made him incontinent and does not walk well. He drags his hind legs when he is in a hurry which has not effected him in any way. He is a happy and playful boy!
