Tika is 12 years old and has a mass growing on her back leg. Bloodwork and needle aspirate did not show anything out of the ordinary so we will be doing a CT scan next. Foster mum advises Tika is a smart girl who loves to cuddle and looks forward to the morning trips to McDonalds.
Update:
Tika was at the TVEH having a CT scan on the growth on her right leg. Thankfully it is a benign lipoma but needs to be removed to make Tika comfortable. They also found she has a partially dislocated knee cap on her left back leg. She will also need to see a cardiologist before any surgery can be done to remove the lipoma.
